The charming Empire-style spa of Františkovy Lázně, with its yellow façades and the little-boy symbol František, forms the famous spa triangle (UNESCO) together with Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně. Right beside it lies the Soos nature reserve — a boardwalk nature trail among mofettes and mud volcanoes where the ground really bubbles.
